About Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I am happy to connect with you. I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, disordered eating, and challenges with self-worth and confidence. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by daily demands, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from the things that once mattered to you, or carrying a persistent sense that you’re not enough despite your best efforts. These experiences can be deeply painful and isolating, but they are more common than many people realize. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what you're going through, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting healing. I will support you in taking practical steps to feel more connected to yourself and live with greater balance, confidence, and hope.

I work with teens, young adults, and women who meet criteria for Adjustment Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, Major Depressive Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I additionally have a special interest supporting the psychological well-being of athletes.

I am happy to integrate Christian faith and values into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with your beliefs, preferences, and goals.

Core Values:

  • Compassion
  • Growth
  • Self-Awareness

My Style

I take an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and body-based interventions. By tailoring these approaches to your unique needs, we can explore patterns, build coping skills, and foster meaningful growth and healing.

Training

Background

My professional background includes experience as a personal trainer, educator, and counseling intern in a Christian trauma-focused clinic. My time as a teacher informs my use of psychoeducation, helping individuals better understand themselves, their experiences, and the tools available to support growth and healing. My experience in women's health and wellness and trauma-informed counseling has shaped a holistic approach that recognizes the connection between mind and body while empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Outside of Therapy

Outside of work, I love to hike and spend quality time with friends and family.
